GA Foods, a fast growing food manufacturing/distribution company is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist and provide back up to Unit Manager in all administrative, production, distribution and staff management aspects of facility operations in Daytona Beach. Strong skills with proven experience a plus in high volume/institutional cooking areas, knowledge of assembly/manufacturing equipment, familiar with OSHA, USDA and HACCP programs, strong computer skills. Special focus on production staff, training and supervision, and safety.  Good customer service and communication skills. 15+ Hourly Employees report to this position for their daily work assignments.
