Responsibilities:
• Assist in building sales to meet company goals
• Manage all costs in General Manager’s absence
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist in enforcing Safety and Security standards
• Uphold policies and standards
• Assist in maintaining a properly staffed store
• Assist in providing training to team members
• Enforce product quality standards at all times
• Ensure all areas of training are completed and that team
members are equipped to resolve all customer issues
• Maintain effective communication at all times
• Respond to customer complaints in a quick and positive manner
Qualification:
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid drivers’ license and reliable means of transportation
• Excellent communication and motivation skills
• Satisfactory MVR
• Result and task oriented
