Primary Purpose: This position manages the production of projects including, advertising, invites, direct mail, and misc. other production duties.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Print Production to...

  • Manage high end quality control and colour management (cmyk).
  • Attend press approvals.
  • Print pricing negotiations (multiple bidding).
  • Preparation of detailed estimates and provided clear production samples to design and account managers.
  • Support department in sourcing new outside production vendors with the goal of achieving high quality work with the most competitive pricing.
  • Work with designers and department to source new or accurate papers and printing methods
  • Process invoices and maintain records, files and budgets.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly – be flexible.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Internet, Filemaker.

An outstanding professional will have...

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years related print production experience for junior position (min of 5 years for the PM position).
  • Luxury fashion/accessory industry with advertising preferred.
