Assistant Manager - Retail Hardware & Rental
We are a locally owned and operated hardware and rental store. Our customers tell us that convenience and friendly associates are what differentiate us from the big boxes.
Our goal is to "Have It:" products and services that meet community needs. Along with the knowledge to successfully use those products and provide those services.
We are lookingfor a pro-active individual to help grow our business by:
- Providing product use advice to our customers.
- Merchandising products to improve our store's shopability.
- Accepting responsibility for daily store operating tasks.
- Helping train entry level associates in the retail basics.
This is not an executive position. In our store "everyone does everything." The selected individual will be expected to lead, listen and coach. And be the standard setter for customer service. Some weekend and evening hours are expected.
We place a high value on the individual who is:

We would prefer someone who has DIY experience.
