KoKo & Palenki STYLE- 

KoKo & Palenki STYLE  is our innovative concept catering to our KoKo & Palenki girl.  Our boutique caters to the girl who always wants to look her best, loves clothing and shoes are her best friend.  We are located in a cozy corner next to Nordstroms on the east side of Dadeland Mall.  We feature designers such as Alexis, Karina Grimaldi, Elizabeth & James, William Rast jeans, Genetic Denim, Jbrand, Twelfth street by Cynthia Vincent and many others.  We also carry shoes to complete the outfit.

We are looking for experienced, qualified  and  mature candidates for our expanded boutique in Aventura Mall and at KoKo & Palenki style in Dadeland Mall.  We service a better clientele between the ages of 25-55 years of age.  Candidates must possess fashion skills and the ability to service customers with respect and knowledge. 

The following positions are open-

Key Holder
Candidates for this position must have at least 1 year of sales experience working with a fashion forward company. Working for an independent boutique is a plus.  You must possess leadership qualities and be able to manage and maintain the company directives.

Assistant Manager:
Overview of position:
Managerial candidate must possess leadership qualities to manage the day to day of the location.  Must be able to manage and train a team of sales associates and support associates. Must be experienced in working with a better customer.  

Must be creative and possess discretionary skills when dealing with employees.

Manage your team in order to meet sales goals


Take part in merchandising and be a vital part in communication with the  Senior buyer to be able to make a difference in store production.

Sales- Cocowalk location

Qualifications:

Management 
Minimum of 2 year experience in retail sales for a fashion company especially a local boutique. 
Proven experience in a sales/goal driven environment
Strong communication skills

Qualifications:

At least 1 year selling in a retail environment.  Strong communication skills and organizational skills.  Computer literate.
