Assistant Manager Travel Stop



Assistant Manager - Retail - Travel Stop

Responsibilities:

· Promote sales growth and profits

· Thoroughly train workforce

· Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude

· Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs

· Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail

· Maintain a highly clean facility at all times

· Exhibit Love's pledge of "doing what is right for our employees" at all times
Minimum Requirements


Preferred Qualifications:

· 1 - 3 years retail management experience

· Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2-$7 million

· Experience supervising and training 2 - 5 employees

· Valid driver's license

· Proven budget and P&L skills

· PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time

· Ability to work a flexible schedule
