Assistant PetsHotel Manager

The Assistant PetsHotel Manager supports the PetsHotel Manager in all daily operations of a growing premier service offered at PetSmart. This is a hands-on management position in which you will coordinate the completion of daily tasks for all the pets in our care.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensuring the health and safety of the pets in our care
• Drive to generate sales
• Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Supervision of PetsHotel Associates including planning, assigning and directing work

Minimum Requirements:

• Computer literate
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year management experience in retail or hospitality industry
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
