Position Description:

We are seeking an eager individual capable of leading a crew working on a production line.  This individual would have prior experience in hands-on leadership of at least two people for at least two years.  Automotive background welcome.  Spanish-English speaking is a plus.

This is a full time position.  Starting pay is between $14-$20 an hour.

Duties:

• Work alongside your crew members
  
• Production line operation
  
• Minor machine repair
  
• Cleaning of equipment and room at the end of your shift
  
• Complete accurate production paperwork

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
  
• Experience in hands-on leadership of at least two people for at least two years
  
• Spanish/English speaking is a plus
