



Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Assistant Program Manager will provide support for the day to day activities and services in the Adult Enrichment Program. Manages time, employees and all other assigned activities effectively for appropriate balance among all duties. Will develop, implement and evaluate individual service needs. Arranges social, recreational, community integration and educational activities for program participants.
QUALIFICATIONS
A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities OR a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities OR an associates degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities. Good command to written and spoken language. Effective organizational and communication skills. Lifting is required.
