Job Description:
Assistant Program Manager Job Duties include but are not limited to:
* Liaison for 10 group homes.
* Inspect 10 group homes weekly for Quality Assurance.
* Monthly monitoring of client's medication and preparing medication sheets for assigned houses.
* On call, unless out of town, for 10 houses 24/7.
* Attend and facilitate team meetings for assigned houses.
* Follow-up on special house needs based upon reports from Quality Assurance meetings, internal investigations, groups or any problems.
* Attend weekly Administrative meetings.
* Report to the CEO and update him regarding every meeting, group, incident, and any other interaction concerning the group and/or the assigned houses.
* Check and update client files for assigned liaison houses according to licensing audit requirements.
* Special duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or the CEO.
* Train new house managers, assist in identifying training issues for staff and house managers, and work with house managers to provide necessary training.
* Follow-up with house managers on client needs such as medical or psychological services and/or appointments.
* Attend all agency events and trainings.
* Must have good computer skills, communication skills, and public speaking skills.
House Manager job duties includes but are not limited to
* Being responsible for overall program of a specific house with children ages 8-17 years old.
* Supervises all staff at that house.
* Schedules staff and provides unit coverage as indicated by staffing needs.
* Schedules and coordinates daily operation pertaining to clients and staff and implements and monitors daily group home schedules.
* Functions as a role model, adhering to agency standards of practice, for clients, staff, and the public.
* Accurately documents each client’s behaviors, sleep patterns, interactions, and provides a therapeutic approach during daily routine.
* House Manager Salary starting at $35,000
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License.
- Must obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
- Must have experience working with teenages in a group home setting.
- Must maintain current certification in First Aid/CPR, Crisis Intervention Training.
- Master's degree is preferred.
