Assistant Resident Manager & Relief Managers Needed
Potential annual Salary $ 38,837 to $44,460
Responsibilities:
Enjoy a rewarding full time position working in community residential programs for individuals with Developmental Disabilities. You would be assigned to one of 16 program sites in Camden, Gloucester and Burlington County {located in Southern New Jersey}. Duties will include:
-coaching, monitoring and providing staff feedback.
-delegating tasks, developing staff schedules and monitoring State Licensing Standards.
-lifting/transferring individuals and accompanying them on medical appointments. Assisting with daily living skills.
Qualifications:
Minimally candidates must be age 18 or older, have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or in a related field, a valid driver’s license, and six months experience in a related field. Experience in supervising staff and working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities is helpful. Flexibility is essential.
Work Schedule:
Need to work a full-time second shift up to 10.5 hours between 12 noon and 12 midnight Mon-Fri, and any 8-10.5 hour shift between 6 a.m. and midnight on weekends.
Compensation/Benefits:
ASSISTANT RESIDENT MANAGER pays $16.25 to $17.00/hr. {annual base salary of $33,800 to $35,360} with the opportunity to earn $350 every 2 weeks after eight week orientation through incentives for a potential annual salary of $42,900 to $44,460.
RELIEF MANAGER pays $15.25 to $16.00/hr {annual base salary of $29,737 to $31,200} with the opportunity to earn $350 every 2 weeks after eight week orientation through incentives for a potential annual salary of $38,837 to $40,299.
WE ALSO HAVE ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS AVAILABLE with the opportunity for an additional $155.00 to $210.00 pay period incentive starting at $13.00 per hour 3rd shift (potential annual salary $29,380 to $30,842); and $14 per hour 2nd shift (potential annual salary $32,760 to $34,222). Benefits after 3 months of employment for all positions.
