We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager 2 for our location in Charlotte, NC. The ASM2 is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of a retail showroom and warehouse facility.  The ASM2, in the absence of the SM and ASM1, is responsible for the management and operation of the store.


 


Qualified candidates will possess three to six months of retail/warehouse experience; strong communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.  Must be able to coordinate multiple responsibilities simultaneously, work flexible hours including weekends; and be able to lift up to 80 lbs. Experience and/or knowledge of the home improvement industry is a plus.  Retail sales management experience preferred.  Successful candidates must be able to pass a thorough background check and hold a valid driver's license.
