We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager .
Job Responsibilities for Assistant Managers include:
- Driving top line sales
- Ensuring adherence of staff members to all retail policies and procedures
- Training and educating staff to increase knowledge and create high levels of motivation to inspire team to achieve results - create a selling environment focused on customer service, brand awareness, performance objectives and recognition
- Establishing and monitoring scheduling, staffing and payroll
- Analyzing various business reports to understand trend and opportunity
- Communicating, executing and managing marketing and visual merchandising initiatives to achieve Skechers brand objectives
- Establishing a partnership with District Manager and home office personnel to support company initiatives and objectives
- Maintaining proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transactions and maintain compliance standards for shrink control
- Recruiting, hiring, training, evaluation and counseling of store employees to effectively manage employee turnover and retention
Job Requirements for Assistant Managers:
- 1 years minimum retail management experience - footwear background preferred
- Considerable knowledge of retail systems, HR practices, and retail operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
