iPCS provides Sprint wireless service to mid-sized cities and rural areas in eight states, from New York to Nebraska. Headquartered in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, iPCS has over 500 associates who are located throughout their territory.  We currently have an opening for an Assistant Store Manager in our Goshen, IN, store.

The Assistant Store Manager will be accountable for all store associates, sales results, inventory, efficient operations and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing programs to enhance associate knowledge, customer relations and sales. Monitor and analyze store trends, identify associate needs, and create coaching strategies to develop associates.

A retail sales background and prior supervisory experience are necessary, along with familiarity with POS and customer service systems. Strong computer skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. A working background in the wireless industry is highly desirable.  Base pay starts out at $26,400 yearly and we offer an excellent monthly commission program and great benefits.
