Pearl is seeking a dynamic, hard working Assistant Store Manager for our Rockville location.  The store management team is responsible for the overall effectiveness of the employees, providing friendly, exceptional customer service, excellent communication and strong leadership.  The management team ensures maximum productivity, profitability and compliance with Company procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of National Retail Chain Management experience
  
• Knowledge of Inventory Control
  
• Knowledge of Computer Systems
  
• Experience with Merchandising Stock
  
• Knowledge of Art Supplies a plus
  
• Proven ability to multi task and direct activities at all levels
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of a retail operation
