• Ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and Food Defense policies and programs
• Knowledge of edible oils (i.e. formulations, handling, storage, quality, testing, specifications, etc.)
• Experience in product formulation
