Assistant Technical Director

**This position is located in St. Clair, MO**

Exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of edible vegetable oil products for the food service and food processing industries.

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, handle multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks and projects simultaneously. It also requires knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and Food Defense policies / programs.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in food science or a closely related field with experience in edible oils (i.e. formulations, handling, storage, quality, testing, specifications, etc.)
