Assistant Underwriter

WE OFFER THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Be part of a dynamic team to assist in underwriting new and renewal business for insurance company partners

WE EXPECT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE TO:

• Have excellent customer service skills
• Respond to requests for coverage on a timely basis
• Be technologically savvy and data driven
• Have knowledge of and perform computer data entry of quotations, binders and related support documents
• Complete project work, as assigned by underwriter

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience supporting underwriting for multi-line accounts for multiple classes of business
