Our Client, now TV, a leading pay-TV operator in Hong Kong and one of the world's largest commercial deployments of IPTV. It carries more than 180 channels of local, Asian and International programming. They are now offering a dynamic career opportunity for an experienced analytical professional to join their Marketing and Business Planning team. The successful candidate will conduct research, collate and analyze the global and Hong Kong IPTV market information to assist in the development of company products, services, and strategies.
The candidate will also maintain and manage a comprehensive database of competitors' activities, technology developments, and customer trends and insights and recommend the right TV programs to the right target segment of customers.
The ideal candidate should possess a university degree in Business Administration / Statistics & Research or related discipline accompanied with more than 8 years experience in research or financial analysis. Experience in on-line subscription business is a definite advantage. Other qualities including Ability to think strategically; Excellent analytical and numerical skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Strong business sense and Creative mindset are essential for this challenging position.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as the position of Market Planning Manager.
