Marketing Associate/Analyst - Strong Salary plus Bonus

Exciting opportunity to work on a team with marketing managers in a small, growing entrepreneurial group within a Boston investment firm. The Marketing Associate will work with global and domestic institutional clients with lots of activity and product launches. Update marketing materials, fact sheets and brochures as well as assist with executing marketing strategies, web strategies, building brands, and database updates. The Marketing Associate must demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in order to develop ideas on doing things ‘differently and better’. Will add value with special projects and check product data for accuracy. Incumbent must be able to take on additional responsibilities as parts of the role are automated.

Firm is seeking an individual with 2-6 years of experience, some of which must be in financial services. Need some perspective about investments in order to add value to the team. Seeking an effective communicator with lots of potential who is smart, proactive, and a detail oriented problem solver. Must have an undergraduate degree and some marketing exposure. A degree in marketing considered a plus. Firm has excellent benefits, strong salary plus bonus. Very collaborative work environment.
