The Associate Customer Service Representative takes responsibility for providing excellent customer service and for promoting client programs to Pearson VUE's clients by answering incoming phone calls from clients' customers and Test Site Administrators. The Associate Customer Service Rep is also responsible for ensuring high quality and accurate responses to clients' questions and demands.

Education and Experience:
' High school diploma or equivalent preferred
' Six months customer service experience
' Call center experience preferred
