Assoc Mgr, Customer Service

- Under limited supervision, manages the Customer Service Associates and assists with the day to day production issues for the PSC.
- Leads Customer Service Associates in service delivery to Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and Non-Qualified plan participants.
- Monitors calls through silent and side-by-side monitoring to ensure that performance and compliance standards are maintained.
- Completes NASD quarterly compliant filing and Divisions' Principals quarterly supervison report.
- Manages and implements new policies and procedures and workflow and system enhancements.
- May provide phone coverage in times of peak call volume.
- Works with Project Managers on tasks, key deliverables and development of project plans.
- Assists with client tours and interviews.
- Works on special projects, as assigned.
- FINRA Series 6,
- FINRA Series 63, 26 or obtained within 120 days of hire.
- 2 plus years customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Above Average knowledge of MS Office
- 2+ years Supervisory experience in the Financial Services/ Insurance Industry preferred.
