What we offer

New and recent graduates that hire into our Technical Customer Service (TCS) function go through our (approximately) one year long PRISM Rotational Program. The program is designed to provide training and exposure to different functions, applications and markets, as well as “real world” project and team experience, via two or three rotations in our various Adhesives Market Segments. The TCS role is focused on supporting the technical needs of our different customers and industries through both lab based and customer facing projects and activities. This work includes performing customer focused value delivery/quantification projects and on-site technical visits as well as contributing to the advancement of our innovation and technology pipeline. At the conclusion of the rotations, the PRISM hire will be placed into one of our many Adhesive Steering Units. PRISM projects are led predominantly, but not exclusively, out of our Bridgewater, NJ campus, and after placement, the employee must be open to relocation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to create and execute project plans, and be able to collaborate and work with diverse Teams and functions in order to understand customer needs and value streams.
