style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">30% - Bank Fee Management -- Manage and administer bank fees. Review bank account analysis for accuracy. Actively participates in the strategy and development of the $46M annual bank fee budget and evaluate variances from budget. Prepare compilation and analysis of bank fee information to include identification of bank errors and confirmation of volume totals. Interact with partner banks on discrepancies and fee renegotiations on a monthly basis. Create payment authorizations and fee analysis on a quarterly basis providing senior management with summary reports. Assist Bank Administrators with partner bank inquiries related to fees and services.

style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">15% - Relationship Management - Represents ADP as a primary interface between our partner banks and Compliance Solutions operating departments. Develops strong relationships with partner bank Account Officers and bank relationship support team. Accountable for the identification and evaluation of relevant bank products and services, analyzing cost effectiveness and ADP's ability to implement.

style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Industry Expertise - Knowledge of banking industry trends, keeps abreast of changes related to products and service changes that could either impact or benefit ADP's business lines. Recommends appropriate changes in order to improve productivity and/or service levels.

style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Project Implementation - Manages, coordinates and monitors the successful completion of project based implementations for new bank products and services through members of a small to large cross functional team. This entails decision making authority, as needed, for the management and successful implementation of the project. Completes necessary testing to ensure a successful implementation.

style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Critical Thinking/Negotiation Skills - Applies knowledge and training to effectively address bank relationship issues involving clients, regions, user departments, and third party vendors.Negotiates bank pricing for all partner bank products & services utilized within the organization.

style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Account Set Up/Maintenance - Coordinates opening of new accounts within internal departments, banks, and regions. Coordinates contract renewals and all other legal business requirements with Corporate Legal, Corporate Treasury, Marketing, internal departments and partner banks. Develops and negotiates Operating Guidelines with partner bank to formalize ADP's business requirements. Maintain and enhance knowledge of current and evolving concepts, practices, processes, laws/regulations, and technologies in financial management.

style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">10% - Analysis/Problem Solving -- Possesses and applies knowledge of the completion of various levels of assignments from moderately difficult to complex. Organizes and reviews bank operating issues for periodic updates with bank management. Coordinates and advise appropriate areas of impact as they arise. Identifies opportunities to improve service, productivity and efficiencies through system enhancements and/or modifications.

style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">5% - Banking Projects -- Accountable to drive the completion of all required project deliverables working with partner banks, third party vendors and internal departments. Create appropriate project plans, identify and allocate project resource requirements for internal ADP departments and external bank departments. Scope system requirements and testing. Develop needed service requests and coordinate necessary technical support with partner banks. Coordinate project timeline to ensure resource availability and stakeholder buy-off. Communicate project status and escalate to management when required. Resolve any post implementation issues and complete project recap. Perform other projects and assignments as directed by management.

40% - Client Support -- Identifies and anticipates client problems (internal and external) and maintains ownership until issues are fully resolved, adheres to established SLA's and provides client with detailed follow-up. Provides support to internal clients (i.e.; Trust Accounting, Banking, Funds Operations, Financial Planning, Corporate Treasury).
