
Judge Executive Search is currently seeking an Associate Brand Manager for a major manufacturer in the food industry. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of brand product strategy in all aspects of the business, including new product development, financial management, marketing planning and tactical execution of plans.
Responsibilities:
· Diving brand value by utilizing basic Consumer Insight principles
· Contributing to the development of consistent brand plans to build Brand Equity as a means of attaining volume goals and long-term profit growth
· Execution of marketing initiatives including media, promotions, digital, direct mail/CRM, packaging, new product launches; direct responsibility over the management of applicable agency partners
· Assisting in financial analysis, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, and category analysis
· Identifying key trends and brand implications
· Leading and interfacing with cross-functional teams to execute brand plans
Requirements:
· BA/BS required in Marketing or related field (MBA an asset)
· Minimum of two years of experience in an Associate or Assistant Brand Manager role
· Experience with key decision tools
· Prior CPG experience
· Excellent analytical skills
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities
· Self-motivated and independent
