Associate Consultant

Job Description

 

This person will work closely with Kenexa’s clients to ensure we meet their needs and expectations with our products and services ranging from organizational assessment to leadership development. This person will also be involved in helping support Kenexa’s fast-paced growth by assisting in the creation of new programs and services, participating in presentations, and developing others in the company.

 

Responsibilities

1. Responsibilities for the Consulting position includes, but is not limited to, organizational assessment (including engagement surveys) and change management, data interpretation and presentation, research and analysis, leadership development, 360-degree feedback and coaching, research design, competency modeling, individual assessment sciences and training to support clients’ needs.

2. The individual will be expected to deliver existing services as well as create new products and services. Specific emphasis is on continuously building new and unique services that provide meaningful and significant value to our clients.

3. Kenexa consultants support the marketing of products and services, including participating in sales presentations, but are not directly responsible for business development.

 

Requirements

1. Ability to design custom organizational assessments for various organizations, industries, and job families.

2. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including comfort in working with senior executives and HR professionals.

3. Coaching experience

4. Group facilitation skills

5. Strong knowledge of measurement theory

6. Up-to-date knowledge of relevant research and theory

7. Up-to-date understanding of business issues and applications

8. Teamwork orientation

9. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands and work in a fast paced environment

10. Knowledge of qualitative techniques

11. Knowledge of applied Statistical Techniques (including SEM)

12. Demonstrated proficiency in SPSS and MS Office Software

13. Understanding of organization change and development techniques

14. Willingness to travel

 

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

1.       A minimum of a Master’s degree (M.A., M.S., or MBA) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior or area of Social Sciences preferred.

2.       Level of experience is open with preference for an individual with at least some experience delivering organizational and leadership consulting services.
