The Associate General Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel to provide support for all legal issues related to all of Match.com’s businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on a variety of commercial agreements, especially business development contracts and new business relationships. 
• Work with the general counsel, paralegals, and other attorneys to provide support on a wide range of legal issues, which may include managing litigation, intellectual property issues, and government affairs.
• Provide guidance on a variety of issues for certain Match.com international businesses.
• Other projects as assigned.

 Qualifications:

·         JD from an accredited law school.

·         At least 5 years combined experience practicing in a top law firm and/or in-house legal department.

·         Transactional/corporate law focused experience mandatory.

• Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, organizational and written skills required.
• Ability to provide top-quality, proactive, accurate and effective legal support in a fast moving environment with minimal supervision.
