London Luxury, a leading home textile company is seeking an Associate Licensing Manager to join our team. (www.londonlux.com)

Specific Responsibilities:

• Day to day liaison between brand owner (licensor), internal business teams and outside agencies.
  
• Execute annual licensing plans; Develop quarterly and annual business reviews.
  
• Manage royalty reporting, marketing plans and product approval forms.
  
• Develop business update reports for licensors/agencies.
  
• Work with licensing team, sales team, finance department, and licensors to ensure that business objectives are being met.
  
• Work with licensors to define needs and time lines for the development of presentation, packaging, pricing and advertising materials.
  
• Support sales department in developing brand presentation/retail selling tools.
  
• Work independently and in conjunction with licensor's PR departments, designated PR agency and in-house staff, including editing press releases and preparing message points.
  
• Work with in-house creative department to ensure adherence to brand style guides.
  
• Identify opportunities for expansion in global territories.
  
• Attend annual licensee/brand summits where appropriate.
  
• Conduct regular trend research and retail shopping analysis.

 Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of licensing experience with a proven track record in Brand Management and growth.
  
• Licensing agency experience a plus.
  
• Prior or current marketing experience. 
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
  
• Strong writing skills including developing sales, retail and marketing presentations.
  
• Proficiency of MS Office applications.
  
• Strong analytical skills
