The GIS Associate Partner will be responsible for solutioning, selling, and delivery oversight, and will be called upon to provide leadership and demonstrate deep industry subject matter expertise. The AP will team directly with IBM Partners from our strategic accounts and be responsible for identifying and leading sales efforts for both new and add on opportunities. The AP will have day-to-day responsibility for all financial and operational account management activities, including: pipeline management, revenue forecasts, bid & proposal management, and contract quality assurance and compliance. AP candidates need to demonstrate experience in building a profitable project portfolio and client relationships. This individual must be capable of working in a time-compressed, highly dynamic and potentially ambiguous client situation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.

This position requires 75% travel.

    Required

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 5 years experience in Large/complex consulting/client management - Director level and above
    • At least 5 years experience in managing projects in at least one of the following: Natural gas pipeline operations, Natural Gas Pipeline Integrity, Electrical distribution and/or Transmission operations
    • At least 2 years experience in of proven sales track record with individual signings of at least $4 million per year, with demonstrated proficiency in developing channel and client relationships; Will be responsible for solutioning
    • At least 5 years experience in managing projects that utilize the following applications: ESRI ArcGIS, ESRI ArcSDE, and Telvent ArcFM / ArcServer
    • At least 5 years experience in enterprise and application life cycles and current awareness of trends and practices in GIS technology
    • At least 5 years experience in Utility Electric and gas operations
    • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
    • English: Intermediate
