Associate/Senior Associate Financial Management Analyst, Federal Advisory
KPMG’s Advisory Services Practice is a recognized leader in providing services crucial to the federal government’s continuous and secure operations. Our professionals assist agencies in managing financial, informational, and operational risks, as well as providing performance improvement recommendations to improve agencies’ efficiency. We are currently seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join us in our Indianapolis office. ERP Advisory Services professionals help clients address their enterprise wide system implementation challenges and improve on their investment. We provide unbiased guidance through the project life-cycle allowing clients to see enhanced value to their business. Responsibilities for both positions: • Provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support to a government client • Document process changes and impacts • Assist with organizational design analysis related to ERP implementation • Provide documentation and assessment of current legacy system and future environments • Perform gap analysis between both environments and assist with human capital and organizational transition Additional Responsibility for Senior Associate: • Interact with engagement team on client and team matters as necessary Qualifications for both positions: • Three years of experience performing organizational impact analysis, process mapping, and developing organizational transition plans • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project • Experience with Peoplesoft, SAP and/or Oracle • BS or BA degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Systems Engineering, or other related course of study from an accredited college/university and related experience • Eligible to obtain a security clearance within a reasonable amount of time. Obtaining clearance may include being subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Additional Qualifications for Senior Associate: • Licensed CPA or related certification preferred • Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), or federal accounting experience preferred • DoD legacy systems experience preferred KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
