The ideal candidate will be tasked with extending our next-generation eCommerce Platform (CTS / SELL) using Microsoft NET 2.0+ as a foundation, and also building innovative front-end interfaces for client implementations.  Must be able to define solid design patterns and architectures for n-tier, scalable Internet-based eCommerce systems.  Previous e-Commerce experience or web-heavy experience is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Extend and optimize current eCommerce Platform - build reusable modules for rapid customization and deployment.

- Customize eCommerce Platform for end-to-end delivery.

- Build innovative front-end interfaces leveraging JQuery/DHTML/AJAX.

- Integrate eCommerce Platform with leading vendors and Integration partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

- BS Degree in computer science or related field.

- Strong in-depth software engineering background: great conceptual thinker and extremely efficient coder.

- Strong experience in Object Oriented Development / Software Patterns, Unit Testing.

- At least two years of hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and the .NET platform.

- Strong Proficiency in front-end web technologies including JQuery, Javascript, DHTML, AJAX, CSS, and XHTML.

- Strong technical and business intuition with the ability to rapidly grasp ideas and concepts when presented with limited information.

- Strong communication skills; capable of communicating with everyone from engineers to senior executives.

- Highly motivated and energetic with an ability to drive decisions with a first and foremost focus on delivering results.

- Comfortable in a dynamic fast-paced, agile development environment.
