Description: The Associate Software Test Engineer is responsible for performing complex testing on software/web projects.

Duties:

- Plans, schedules and implements testing projects

- Defines test objectives

- Writes test cases

- Assists other team members with approach and technical issues

- Performs complex functional, application, regression, and performance tests

-Reports detailed software defects.

-Provides general maintenance on automation scripts

-Identifies and proposes areas of improvement throughout the QA/Software Testing process

 -Automates functional tests within sprint development

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience 6-18 months of testing experience or equivalent course work. Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, methods, and processes; strong analytical and problem solving skills is strongly desired.
