About the Job

The Project Support Team member reports in to Solutions Delivery  Project Management Director and is a key point of contact within the R&D BT organization, helping coordinate the management of resources, including onboarding and off boarding, SOW processing, and PO management.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manages the onboarding and off boarding of contracts project team resources
  • Manages Statements of Work and Change Orders on behalf of Project Managers and Business Partners
  • Works closely with Procurement, Finance and other BT organizations to ensure smooth operation of the PST function for R&D BT
  • Seeks opportunities to continuously improve the function of the Project Support Team
  • Assists with quarterly satisfaction survey of vendors



  • HS Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, major in a business or financial field a plus

Prior Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a professional role supporting teams and individuals
  • Good understanding of Pfizer's Business Technology organization
