Business Development Manager

Our focus covers Cloud Computing, Datacenter/Infrastructure, Info Security, Compliance, Development, and Database solutions.
Due to continued growth ClearBridge is hiring Sales professionals for multiple positions.
Candidates should have 3+ years of sales experience selling to fortune 1000 companies in the area of IT Staffing and Consulting Services, along with progressive sales leadership experience.
The BDM will help drive new business development and opportunity identification. The ideal candidate will be a go getter, possess a high energy level and have experience penetrating corporate accounts. Must be willing to travel to client sites across the U.S. and utilize cold calling to identify opportunities, build relationships, set appointments, and close business.
· Prior cold calling experience
· 3+ years of relevant sales experience
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships with decision makers organizations (i.e. CXO level, EVP, VP, Director, IT managers)
· Ability to work cross functionally and utilize various resources (both internally & externally)
· Experience using CRM systems & Computer applications
· College Degree (BS/BA)
