Responsible and accountable for providing administrative technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution to customers in an incoming 24/7 customer call support environment. Answer incoming calls from 800# technical support line, logs incoming calls and customer data into CRM. Responsible for keeping abreast on current systems, products and services.
Must be a team player, customer focused, ability to multi-task and provide extensive troubleshooting. Previous exposure to troubleshooting in a multiple platform environment. Analytical thinker and critical problem solver. Must be flexible and possess the ability to adapt to varying job requirements as well as schedule changes as needed. Previous experience in product support/ help desk environments. Requires excellent verbal & written skills with exceptional phone skills.
