Role:
The application developer will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing Ticketmaster*s call center reporting web, IVR and database applications.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, support and maintain state of the art reporting, web and IVR speech recognition applications using the following technologies:
o Visual Studio .NET 3.5
o SQL 2008
o ORACLE
o MYSQL
o AJAX
o NUANCE
o JAVA
o other technologies.
* Working with the call center platform that consists of an Genesys and Aspect ACD, the Genesys voice platform, Nuance speech recognition, Kronos, eWFM, and proprietary internal databases.
* Windows and web based application development for various projects within Ticketmaster call centers as necessary
* Work closely with the call center and IVR operations to analyze their needs and provide tools to enhance and improve productivity
* Determine ways to leverage existing data sources to provide new innovative reports and applications to end users.
* User interface design and system analysis of the IVR call flow to maximize efficiency and improve consumer experience

Qualifications:
* 4 year related degree or equivalent related work experience
* 2-3 years MS SQL Server
* 2-3 years Visual Studio .Net
* C#, Java, Oracle and/or MySQL Experience a plus
* Prior IVR development, design or quality assurance experience a plus
* Strong background in object oriented application design, development and debugging
* Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
* Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and possess the ability to prioritize
* Ability to analyze, interpret and troubleshoot.
* Ability to sit at a computer monitor and keyboard for extended periods of time.
