Qualified candidates will demonstrate a successful background in the following areas:

- Leadership and performance management of a minimum of 10 non-exempt team members
- Ensuring operational compliance with federal regulations and bank procedures
- Customer service, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Prior Retail Banking is a plus
