In House Healthcare Attorney

A Large, privately held company located in Plano, Texas in the long term care industry is in need of an attorney with healthcare experience.

  This Attorney will join the general counsel primarily to provide advice to the company and its employees on various healthcare matters.

Requires

At least 2 years experience

Prefer

Previous career in long term care

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

• Drafting and negotiating agreements to include Medicare, Medicaid and provider contracts
• Be familiar with pharmacy contracts
• Advising employees on operational matters regarding compliance with Medicare and Medicaid laws
• Researching and advising on state and federal anti-kickback laws and related healthcare regulatory requirements

This attorney will also directly work with outside counsel in the management of litigation matters.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
