Attorney

The Office of the General Counsel for COUNTRY Financial and the Illinois Farm Bureau has an opening for an attorney in our Bloomington, Ill. home offices. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with a broad range of corporate clients on a variety of matters including commercial law, real estate, investments, trusts, banking law, securities law, including mutual fund and variable insurance products, regulatory issues, environmental matters, insurance law, corporate law, employment law, agricultural law, contracts and litigation.
• Extensive client contact.

Required Skills:

• Law Degree.
• Admitted to practice in Illinois.
• Two to five years experience.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Insurance regulatory experience.
