Oakland County law firm seeks corporate transactional Attorney to join an existing corporate practice. The Attorney will assume responsibility for general corporate matters as well as financing, joint venture and M&A transactions. The Attorney would also participate in the further development and staffing of the business and finance department.

7+ years of experience with commercial, JV, M&A and financing transactions required. Business development experience in a multi-person corporate or transactional law firm or other professional services firm required. Strong academic record required.
