Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP, a Philadelphia-based law firm seeks an experienced Delaware attorney with a background in general commercial litigation.  Delaware Bankruptcy Court and Chancery Court experience is a must.  The position is for part-time employment but the firm will consider a full-time position depending upon the circumstances.  Strong writing, communication and analytical skills are required.
