DFX is presently seeking a Senior Level Audio/Visual technician and/or programmer to complete on site installations. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about the A/V industry.
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
> Minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial A/V setting
> Control System Knowledge- Extron/Crestron/URC
> Understanding of the latest A/V & presentation technology
> Audio/Visual Networking- Must have experience with all aspects of on-premise commercial structured cabling including: pulling, terminating, testing, Cat5e/6, Video, VGA, HDMI, Audio RCA/XLR Cable
> Audio DSP- Must have experience with audio processing
> DMX512 Lighting- Must understand protocol basics and have experience with programming
> InfoComm CTS Certification a plus
> Ability to travel out of state often and for extended periods of time
Physical requirements include: ability to climb/work on ladder, carry 50 lbs unassisted, and to perform duties in small, enclosed spaces, when necessary.
Successful candidate will also possess excellent customer service skills, be organized and methodical with documentation, as well as having a clean driving record.
Resume must include any existing and current certifications, previously completed projects and experience.
Salary commensurate with experience. Includes holiday, vacation, health and retirement programs.
