Videoconferencing, set-up, support, maintenance.
Monitor the system function and performance, taking specific procedures, when required.
Camera control, operation and direction.
Speaker, microphone and audio placement and sound evaluation, echo cancellation and noise reduction.
Respond to AV and VTC trouble tickets.
Perform first level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Maintain daily logs that identify tasks, alerts and problems.
Request assistance from second and third tier support when appropriate.
Provide management with incident reports, when necessary.
