As
Planning Bank audit engagements and supervising audit teams
Managing
the team and client relationship through the entire audit process for FI client
engagements.
Providing timely, high quality client service
Working within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of
client satisfaction.
Delivering timely, high quality, and profitable services that appropriately
utilize Firm and client resources.
Demonstrating commitment to the Firm's People Philosophy by modeling
appropriate behaviors, and acting with respect and dignity in interactions
inside and outside the Firm.
Recognizing and informing engagement partners of opportunities to increase
level and types of services to clients.
Developing new business and promoting new ideas and business solutions that
result in extended services to existing clients.
Keeping abreast of changes in industry regulations, and developing own
competency through continuing education and by obtaining additional
professional certifications.
Keeping abreast of the latest developments as they affect GAAP, GAAS, and the
firm's auditing standards and policies.
Providing appropriate and timely performance feedback to those supervised.
To be considered, candidates must have:
Minimum of five years experience in Public Accounting within the Financial
Institutions (Banking) industry.
A successful record of directing and deploying staff and seniors on multiple
simultaneous engagements.
Experience in communicating with clients' senior management.
Technical proficiency in Bank audit and accounting.
CPA certification.
A Bachelor's degree in accounting advanced degree preferable.
Willingness to travel within the Tri-state area as required
