  • Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements of various clients, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants
  • Identify, resolve and communicate accounting and auditing matters to senior managers, principals and partners
  • Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient to ensure proper quality control and client service
  • Supervise senior and staff accountants on engagements
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, Partners and Managing Partner


  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university with CPA designation
  • 4+ years of current and/or recent audit experience in public accounting and SEC experience with 2+ years of supervisory role preferred
  • Applied working and in depth knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), SOX and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
  • Ability to meet challenging client requirements, deadlines, provide services, and possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and train and develop personnel
  • Ability to manage all facets of engagement from client acceptance to billing and collecting
  • Ability and willingness to travel


  • Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Internet Research. Computer skills are required.
  • Must be proficient in Pfx Prosystem Engagement or other related audit software
