Audit Technician
Our Client, a Public Accounting firm in the downtown Chicago market i slooking to bring on a top professional for an important part time contract project. The ideal candidate will play an important role in executing audit and accounting duties, and mentoring talent on the audit team.
Part-Time Audit Technician Duties
- Will be technically proficient in the Accounting and Auditing Standards.
- Responsible for all aspects of reporting, reviewing, inspection, research and quality control.
- Oversee the peer review process.
- Monitor our professional subscriptions, both electronic and in our library, and will evaluate the information
- Oversee the word processors and proofreaders.
- Provide training to staff on updates to the standards, etc.
- The ideal candidate is someone that is extremely experienced in auditing and an expert in the application of the Accounting and Auditing Standards.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Bachelors in Accounting and CPA
