Essential Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

*Direct and ensure continuous Sarbanes-Oxley compliance - work to maintain required documentation, document internal controls, and test the controls for all departments.

*Create amd test remediation plans when deficiencies exist.

*Verify that controls are designed and operating effectively to mitigate risks.  Assist in developing improvements when controls are inadequate.   Communicate issues & recommendations to upper management.

*Create and maintain Cognos financial reports, variances, and analysis.

*Work with chart of accounts and Cognos mapping to ensure accounts are reported as needed.

Experience with SOX, auditing, or financial reporting systems is preferred.  Experience in Excel is required.
