We are currently looking for an experienced Estimator/ Damage Analysis Manager for our Atlanta market.

Knowledge of CCC Pathways a plus.

The Damage Analysis Manager assesses the extent of vehicle damage, writes an accurate and complete repair plan utilizing appropriate repair methodologies and manages the overall repair process while assisting the General Manager in delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

Skill Requirements:
·High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
·2-5 years applicable experience
·I-Car certification a plus
·Valid driver’s license required
·Full understanding of estimating systems and methodology
·Good organizational skills, time management and detail oriented
·Strong customer service skills
·Team player and quality focused
·Ability to handle multiple tasks
·Energetic, self-motivated and dependable
·Excellent telephone, oral and written communication skills
·Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
·Understanding of safety policies and practices
