We are currently seeking driven dynamic business leader to act as a General Manager/ Location Manager for our distribution center in Kansas City, MO. 

This position is responsible for strategically leading and managing the distribution operation through successful on-going achievements in areas of inventory management, staff supervision and development, cash management, delivery and warehouse logistics, as well as proactive support and service to FMP customers.  

A proven team player with a passion for customer service, the initiative and drive to successfully lead an operation and its human capital, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment will thrive in this opportunity.  A preferred candidate will possess a college degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role with at least 3 years of P&L responsibility.  You must have strong attention to detail, great communication skills, the capability to analyze reports and information to improve processes and business outcomes, as well as the ability to motivate a dynamic team.  Prior experience with sales and customer interaction a plus.
