Automation Test Engineer (Contract)

Description:
Job Summary:

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automation tests. This person will work with the automation team to improve existing automation frameworks as well as increasing test coverage of automated test suites.



Essential Functions:

Develop and execute automation tests

Maintain and improve the automation framework

Review functional test scripts to determine automation feasibility

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet commitments, while effectively managing priorities and communicating progress

Qualifications:
Experience & Qualifications:

2+ years of automating functional tests for websites

2+ years functional test experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies

Excellent attention to detail

Self starter, with a passion for quality

Working knowledge of VBScript, SQL, and C#

Experience using Quick Test Professional and Quality Center a plus

Experience with the brokerage industry a plus



Education and/or Certifications:

B.S. In Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
